Softball Training at Swing Zone Sports Hub

Swing Zone Sports Hub is where softball athletes ages 6–14 (Coach Pitch 8U / Kid Pitch 10U / Kid Pitch 12U) come to build real fundamentals—strong mechanics, confident swings, faster arms, and better game awareness. Our coaches focus on development, not pressure, so every athlete knows exactly what they’re working on and why it matters.

Softball Fundamentals (Coach Pitch / 8U)


This 4-week winter skills class is designed specifically for young softball players who are learning the game or preparing for their first or second coach-pitch or 8U season. Sessions focus on building confidence, coordination, and proper fundamentals in a fun, supportive environment.

Players will rotate through stations covering:

  • Throwing

  • Catching

  • Fielding

  • Running

  • Batting

Instruction is age-appropriate and keeps kids moving, engaged, and learning every session.

Cost: $20 (1 session) | $75 (4 sessions)

Fast Pitch Live Series

Our Fast Pitch Live sessions are high-energy, fast-paced training blocks focused on:

  • Live hitting

  • Game-speed reps

  • Pitcher vs hitter challenges

  • Reaction and timing development

This event happens only ONCE a month from November to March. You won’t want to miss out! It’s one of the best ways to get competitive reps in a controlled environment.

NEW this offseason is the addition of 2 age groups! Our 9U/10U age group which uses the 11” softball, and their pitchers mound is at 35’. For our older girls, we have the 11U/12U age group that uses the larger, 12” ball, and they move back to 40’. Speeds in the cages from our pitchers can vary widely, but it’s not uncommon to see pitchers that top out in the low to mid 50’s!

Our Final Entry in this series will be on Sunday, March 22nd. A great way to get ready for the spring season.
