➡️ Note for Trainers: The easiest and fastest way to build your client book and earn consistent income is by having consistent availability during weekday evenings and across weekends. This is when our clients are most actively looking for instruction.
⛳ Hospitality and Operations
Golf Simulator Lounge Attendant
(Schedule: Friday Nights / Saturday / Sunday)
The face of Swing Zone hospitality. As a Lounge Attendant, you are responsible for providing an elite guest experience, from welcoming customers and managing reservations to running the simulator equipment and maintaining the cleanliness of the bays. This role is primarily focused on our busiest times: weekend days and Friday evenings.
🏌️ Certified Sports Instructors (Training)
We are seeking independent, certified trainers across all levels of golf, baseball, and softball instruction.
Softball Pitching Instructor
We are looking for an experienced instructor dedicated to teaching proper softball pitching mechanics, injury prevention, and building speed/control using our advanced simulator and video technology. Must have a passion for developing young athletes.
Softball Fundamentals Instructor
This role focuses on the core mechanics of hitting, fielding, and general game strategy for softball players. You will help clients establish solid fundamentals to build a successful game, from beginner to advanced levels.
Jr Golf Instructor
(Jr PGA or US Kids Golf Experience preferred)
A dedicated instructor to mentor our young players. You will focus on making golf fun, teaching core principles of the swing, and running engaging junior clinics and camps. Experience with specialized junior programs is highly valued.
Note: This program will also involve clinics and camps outside of Swing Zone, at some of our partner courses during the warmer months.
Women's Golf Instructor
An instructor specializing in creating a comfortable, encouraging, and skill-building environment for female golfers. This role is ideal for building clinics, leagues, and individual instruction tailored to the needs of women.
Men's Golf Instructor
Focus on improving swing mechanics, distance, and consistency for male golfers. This instructor will handle individual lessons and group sessions aimed at advanced skill development and course management.
Baseball Pitching Instructor
Help baseball players master pitching mechanics, control, and velocity. Using our cutting-edge technology, you will provide data-driven feedback to help clients optimize their performance and prevent injuries.
Baseball Fundamentals Instructor
Focus on the essential skills of baseball, including hitting, fielding, and baserunning. You will work with athletes of all ages to ensure a strong, foundational understanding of the game.
